To sign up for all sports teams go directly to https://www.homecampus.com/
- Create an account using a parent or guardian email
- Choose the sports you are signing up for
- All forms must be electronically signed by both the parent/guardian and athlete
- Upload the completed physical/medical eligibility form
- You will receive an email once you are cleared
